Dscover Ur Dzine, LLC has a return policy at the owner's discretion for candles, home, car and room sprays, wax melts, and other materials purchased online.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for any returns.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at dscoverurdzine@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3-5 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.
